Hernando Leopards (Brooksville, FL) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting Weeki Wachee Hornets (Weeki Wachee, FL), 7-6 in a league match.

With the triumph, Hernando advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Leopards travel to Land O' Lakes (Land O' Lakes, FL) to battle the Gators in a non-league match on Wednesday, February 19. The Gators come into the match with a record of 2-1. Land O' Lakes lost 1-0 in their recent non-league match against Pasco (Dade City, FL)

The Hornets now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hernando for a match on Friday, February 21.
