The Weeki Wachee Hornets baseball squad (Weeki Wachee, FL), was overwhelmed 7-0 in Tuesday's league contest with the visiting Nature Coast Tech Sharks (Brooksville, FL)

With the triumph, Nature Coast Tech moves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Sharks travel to Cypress Creek (Wesley Chapel, FL) to confront the Coyotes in a non-league contest on Thursday, February 27. The Coyotes come into the contest with a record of 1-3. Cypress Creek won 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against River Ridge (New Port Richey, FL)

The Hornets now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pasco for a 4A District 6 contest on Thursday, February 27. Weeki Wachee will confront a Pirates squad coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Lake Gibson (Lakeland, FL). The Pirates record now stands at 3-0.
