The Nature Coast Tech Sharks baseball team scored 2 runs and held the host Central Bears to 1 in the Sharks non-league win on Friday.

The Sharks now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Weeki Wachee for a 4A District 6 test on Tuesday, February 25. Nature Coast Tech will play a Hornets team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Hernando (Brooksville, FL). The Hornets record now stands at 2-2.

With the defeat, Central drops to 2-2 on the year. The Bears host Springstead (Spring Hill, FL) to play the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, February 25. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 4-1. Springstead won 15-1 in their recent league test against Lecanto (Lecanto, FL)
