The Elmwood-Murdock Knights basketball team (Murdock, NE), dropped 49-41 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host McCool Junction Mustangs (McCool Junction, NE)

The Mustangs now possess a 19-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Riverside for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 24. McCool Junction will confront a Chargers team coming off a 51-45 non-league win over Elgin/Pope John (Elgin, NE). The Chargers record now stands at 18-7.
