Ouachita Parish Lions (Monroe, LA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Parkway Panthers (Bossier City, LA), 74-47 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Ouachita Parish upgrades its record to 16-13 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Hahnville (Boutte, LA) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 28. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 17-16. Hahnville won 70-47 in their recent non-league bout against Hammond (Hammond, LA)
