The Mayfield Trojans (Las Cruces, NM) basketball were winner over the visiting Alamogordo Tigers (Alamogordo, NM), 52-43 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 12-15 record. They play next when they travel to Organ Mountain for a 5A District 3 bout on Thursday, February 27. Mayfield will play a Knights team coming off a 69-46 league win over Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM). The Knights record now stands at 21-5.

With the loss, Alamogordo falls to 11-16 on the campaign.
