In Saturday's non-league outing, the Chesterton Trojans (Chesterton, IN) basketball squad felled the host Crown Point Bulldogs (Crown Point, IN), by a margin of 59-50.

The Trojans (19-5) will now prepare for their outing against Valparaiso (Valparaiso, IN). The Vikings go into the non-league outing with a 13-13 record. In their last outing, Valparaiso thwarted Hobart (Hobart, IN), 64-29, in a non-league outing.

The Bulldogs now own a 15-10 record.
