The Ouachita Parish Lions overwhelmed the host Bastrop Rams softball squad by a count of 15-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Lions meet the Holy Savior Menard Eagles (Alexandria, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 7. Ouachita Parish will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 9-5 non-league win over Grant (Dry Prong, LA).

The Rams (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Mangham (Mangham, LA). The Dragons go into the non-league challenge with a 3-3 record.
