In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Dakota Cougars basketball team scored a good 60-48 triumph over the Port Huron Northern Huskies.

In their next game, the Cougars meet the Anchor Bay Tars (Fair Haven, MI) in a non-league match, on Friday, March 8. Dakota will attempt to better on its 17-6 season record. The Tars enter the match with a 13-7 record after their 57-55 non-league win over Port Huron (Port Huron, MI).
