In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Northlake Christian Wolverines softball team scored a tight 13-6 win over the St. Scholastica Doves.

The Wolverines (3-5) will now prepare for their match against Pope John Paul II (Slidell, LA). The Jaguars come into the 2A District 7 match with a 5-3 record.

In their next game, the Doves confront the Maurepas Wolves (Maurepas, LA) in a non-league match, on Monday, March 17. St. Scholastica will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record.
