Abington Heights Comets (Clarks Summit, PA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Pocono Mountain West Panthers (Pocono Summit, PA), 61-56 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Abington Heights upgrades its record to 23-4 on the season. The Comets travel to Imhotep Charter (Philadelphia, PA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, March 17. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 27-3. Imhotep Charter won 68-32 in their recent non-league bout against Muhlenberg (Laureldale, PA)
