Monta Vista Matadors (Cupertino, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Carlmont Scots (Belmont, CA), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Matadors clash with the Saint Francis Lancers (Mountain View, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 16. Monta Vista will attempt to advance on its 7-7 season record. The Lancers come into the match with a 3-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, CA).
