The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Anson Bearcats (Wadesboro, NC) and the host Forest Hills Yellow Jackets (Marshville, NC), observed Anson's softball team prevail over Forest Hills by a tally of 18-2.

The Bearcats (2-8) will now prepare for their bout against Central (Pageland, SC). The Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 0-2 record.

In their next game, the Yellow Jackets clash with the Monroe Redhawks (Monroe, NC) in a Rocky River 2A/3A bout, on Thursday, March 20. Forest Hills will attempt to advance on its 0-10 season record.
