The Palisades Pumas the visiting Ballantyne Ridge Wolves softball squad by a count of 10-6 in Tuesday's league challenge.

Next, the Pumas meet the Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, March 19. Palisades will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 20-0 league win over Huss (Gastonia, NC).

The Wolves (3-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Providence (Charlotte, NC). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 8-1 record. In their last challenge, Providence edged Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC), 17-0, in a league challenge.
