Arizona High School Baseball - Mountain Pointe loses to Desert Mountain

Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mountain Pointe Pride (Phoenix, AZ), 15-0 in a league match.

With the triumph, Desert Mountain advances its record to 9-5 on the season. The Wolves host O'Connor (Phoenix, AZ) to battle the Eagles in a non-league match on Monday, March 24. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 8-5. O'Connor won 8-3 in their recent non-league match against Ponderosa (Parker, CO)

The Pride now have a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gilbert for a non-league match on Saturday, March 22. Mountain Pointe will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 10-3 non-league win over Marcos de Niza (Tempe, AZ). The Tigers record now stands at 2-9.
