The Summers County Bobcats baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Midland Trail Patriots to 5 in the Bobcats league victory on Saturday.

The Bobcats (11-2) will now prepare for their match against Midland Trail (Hico, WV). The Patriots go into the Coalfield AA match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Midland Trail edged Meadow Bridge (Meadow Bridge, WV), 21-1, in a league match.
