The Midland Trail Patriots (Hico, WV) baseball trounced the visiting Meadow Bridge Wildcats (Meadow Bridge, WV), 21-1 in Friday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Patriots encounter the Summers County Bobcats (Hinton, WV) in a Coalfield AA contest, on Saturday, March 30. Midland Trail will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Bobcats come into the contest with a 9-2 record after their 12-2 league win over Mount View (Welch, WV).
