The Christ the Cornerstone Academy Defenders baseball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Antioch Christian Academy Gators to 2 in the Defenders league win on Thursday.

The Defenders now own a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Liberty Christian Academy for a Carolinas Christian test on Friday, April 4. Christ the Cornerstone Academy will clash with a Knights team coming off a 12-8 league win over Sandhills Classical Christian (Whispering Pines, NC). The Knights record now stands at 2-3.
