Maryland High School Baseball - Thomas Stone loses to Huntingtown
April 4, 2025: Waldorf, MD 20601 Huntingtown Hurricanes (Huntingtown, MD) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Thomas Stone Cougars (Waldorf, MD), 10-0 in a league match.
With the triumph, Huntingtown advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The Hurricanes travel to Chopticon (Morganza, MD) to battle the Braves in a Southern Maryland match on Monday, April 7. The Braves come into the match with a record of 5-1. Chopticon won 4-3 in their recent league match against Patuxent (Lusby, MD)
The Cougars now have a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lackey for a Southern Maryland match on Wednesday, April 9. Thomas Stone will battle a Chargers squad coming off a 15-1 league loss to Northern (Owings, MD). The Chargers record now stands at 1-5.
