First Flight Nighthawks (Kill Devil Hills, NC) supporters left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Holmes Aces (Edenton, NC), 4-0 in a league game.

With the triumph, First Flight improves its record to 7-3 on the year. The Nighthawks host Pasquotank County (Elizabeth City, NC) to play the Panthers in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A game on Tuesday, April 15. The Panthers enter the game with a record of 4-9. Pasquotank County lost 8-4 in their recent league game against Currituck County (Barco, NC)
