New Jersey High School Softball - Johnson bounces Scotch Plains-Fanwood
April 8, 2025: Clark, NJ 07066 In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Johnson Crusaders softball team scored a tight 6-2 win over the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Raiders.
The Crusaders (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Westfield (Westfield, NJ). The Blue Devils come into the UCC - Watchung match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Westfield nipped Bayonne (Bayonne, NJ), 14-4, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Raiders battle the Governor Livingston Highlanders (Berkeley Heights, NJ) in a non-league match, on Thursday, April 10. Scotch Plains-Fanwood will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Highlanders come into the match with a 4-2 record after their 13-1 non-league loss to North Hunterdon (Annandale, NJ).
