May 6, 2025: Elizabeth, NJ 07202 Johnson Crusaders (Clark, NJ) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad beat the host Elizabeth Minutemen (Elizabeth, NJ), 10-0 in a league contest.
With the triumph, Johnson improves its record to 14-2 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Caldwell (West Caldwell, NJ) to face the Chiefs in a non-league contest on Wednesday, May 7. The Chiefs enter the contest with a record of 7-8.
The Minutemen now hold a 1-14 record. They play next when they host Franklin for a non-league contest on Wednesday, May 7. Elizabeth will face a Warriors squad coming off a 8-1 non-league win over North Plainfield (North Plainfield, NJ). The Warriors record now stands at 3-10.
