Arizona High School Baseball - Mountain View holds off Red Mountain

In Thursday's league game, the visiting Mountain View Toros baseball team scored a close 8-4 win over the Red Mountain Mountain Lions.

The Toros (13-9) will now prepare for their game against Highland (Gilbert, AZ). The Hawks go into the non-league game with a 16-6 record. In their last game, Highland was overwhelmed by Desert Ridge (Mesa, AZ), 6-4, in a league game.

Next, the Mountain Lions play the Williams Field Black Hawks (Gilbert, AZ) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 17. Red Mountain will attempt to improve on its 16-7 season record. The Black Hawks go into the game with a 15-8 record after their 8-7 league loss to Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ).
