Missouri High School Baseball - Sturgeon prevails Community
April 17, 2025: Laddonia, MO 63352 The Sturgeon Bulldogs baseball team scored 16 runs and held the host Community Trojans to 7 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Centralia for a non-league test on Monday, April 21. Sturgeon will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Maryville (Maryville, MO). The Panthers record now stands at 11-7.
With the defeat, Community drops to 4-6 on the year. The Trojans host Madison (Madison, MO) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league test on Monday, April 21. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 2-7. Madison won 16-6 in their recent non-league test against Wellsville-Middletown (Wellsville, MO)
