With the triumph, Corona del Sol moves its record to 17-5 on the season. The Aztecs host Desert Vista (Phoenix, AZ) to confront the Thunder in a 6A Central contest on Tuesday, April 22. The Thunder come into the contest with a record of 16-8. Desert Vista won 6-3 in their recent non-league contest against Valley Vista (Surprise, AZ)

The Thunder now possess a 15-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Valley Vista for a non-league contest on Friday, April 18. Desert Vista will confront a Monsoon squad coming off a 5-2 league loss to Tolleson (Tolleson, AZ). The Monsoon record now stands at 7-12.
