The Hanover Central Wildcats softball squad (Cedar Lake, IN), was edged 5-4 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Lowell Red Devils (Lowell, IN)

With the triumph, Lowell improves its record to 2-2 on the year. The Red Devils host Valparaiso (Valparaiso, IN) to face the Vikings in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 19. The Vikings enter the contest with a record of 4-5. Valparaiso won 14-1 in their recent league contest against Michigan City (Michigan City, IN)
