Hanover Central Wildcats (Cedar Lake, IN) supporters left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Kankakee Valley Kougars (Wheatfield, IN), 6-5 in a league game.

With the triumph, Hanover Central improves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Wildcats host Andrean (Merrillville, IN) to play the Fighting 59ers in a Northwest Crossroads game on Monday, April 14. The Fighting 59ers enter the game with a record of 6-2. Andrean won 5-4 in their recent league game against Lowell (Lowell, IN)
