The Palmerton Blue Bombers baseball team scored 9 runs and held the host Wilson Area Warriors to 5 in the Blue Bombers league win on Friday.

The Blue Bombers now own a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they host Palisades for a Colonial test on Tuesday, April 22. Palmerton will clash with a Pirates team coming off a 9-5 league win over Lehighton (Lehighton, PA). The Pirates record now stands at 6-5.

With the defeat, Wilson Area drops to 6-7 on the year. The Warriors host Pen Argyl (Pen Argyl, PA) to clash with the Green Knights in a Colonial test on Tuesday, April 22. The Green Knights go into the test with a record of 5-5.
