The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Palmerton Blue Bombers (Palmerton, PA) and the host Lehighton Indians (Lehighton, PA), saw Palmerton's baseball team gain a win over Lehighton by a tally of 9-5.

The Blue Bombers (10-6) will now prepare for their battle against Northwestern Lehigh (New Tripoli, PA). The Tigers enter the Colonial battle with a 16-3 record. In their last battle, Northwestern Lehigh was overwhelmed by Jim Thorpe (Jim Thorpe, PA), 7-4, in a league battle.

Next, the Indians face the Northern Lehigh Bulldogs (Slatington, PA) in a Colonial battle, on Wednesday, April 30. Lehighton will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 6-11 record after their 12-8 non-league loss to Hamburg (Hamburg, PA).
