In Thursday's league game, the visiting Palmerton Blue Bombers baseball team scored a close 5-4 win over the Northwestern Lehigh Tigers.

The Blue Bombers (11-6) will now prepare for their game against Northern Lehigh (Slatington, PA). The Bulldogs go into the Colonial game with a 7-12 record. In their last game, Northern Lehigh was tipped by Jim Thorpe (Jim Thorpe, PA), 10-7, in a league game.
