April 21, 2025: North Scituate, RI 02857 The St. Raphael Academy Saints (Pawtucket, RI) baseball got by the host Ponaganset Chieftains (North Scituate, RI), 7-6 in Monday's league challenge.
The Saints now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Prout for a Division 2 challenge on Wednesday, April 23. St. Raphael Academy will clash with a Crusaders team coming off a 6-3 league win over Rogers (Newport, RI). The Crusaders record now stands at 3-4.
With the defeat, Ponaganset drops to 4-6 on the year. The Chieftains travel to Toll Gate (Warwick, RI) to clash with the Titans in a Division 2 challenge on Wednesday, April 23. The Titans go into the challenge with a record of 1-8. Toll Gate lost 7-0 in their recent non-league challenge against North Providence (North Providence, RI)
