West Virginia High School Softball - South Charleston drops to Spring Valley
April 21, 2025: South Charleston, WV 25309 Spring Valley Timberwolves (Huntington, WV) supporters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad topple the host South Charleston Black Eagles (South Charleston, WV), 12-0 in a league game.
With the triumph, Spring Valley improves its record to 10-6 on the year. The Timberwolves host Capital (Charleston, WV) to play the Cougars in a Mountain State game on Tuesday, April 22. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 3-13. Capital lost 10-0 in their recent league game against Cabell Midland (Ona, WV)
The Black Eagles now hold a 6-13 record. They play next when they host Southern for a non-league game on Wednesday, April 23. South Charleston will play a Tornadoes squad coming off a 23-2 league win over Waterford (Waterford, OH). The Tornadoes record now stands at 12-2.
