The Riverside Warriors (Belle, WV) softball routed the host South Charleston Black Eagles (South Charleston, WV), 16-0 in Thursday's league outing.

The Warriors now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host George Washington for a Mountain State outing on Monday, March 31. Riverside will encounter a Patriots team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Rock Island (Rock Island, IL). The Patriots record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, South Charleston moves to 2-4 on the season. The Black eagles travel to Southern (Racine, OH) to encounter the Tornadoes in a non-league outing on Friday, March 28. The Tornadoes come into the outing with a record of 3-2. Southern won 10-0 in their recent non-league outing against River Valley (Bidwell, OH)
