April 22, 2023: Bethel, CT 06801 The Bethel Wildcats triumphed over the visiting Newtown Nighthawks lacrosse team by a score of 14-7 in Saturday's league match.
With the win, Bethel upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Immaculate (Danbury, CT) to play the Mustangs in a South West match on Tuesday, April 25. The Mustangs go into the match with a record of 1-6. Immaculate lost 10-2 in their recent league match against Masuk (Monroe, CT)
With the defeat, Newtown drops to 3-5 on the season. The Nighthawks host Brookfield (Brookfield, CT) to play the Bobcats in a South West match on Tuesday, April 25. The Bobcats go into the match with a record of 1-5. Brookfield lost 14-1 in their recent league match against Joel Barlow (Redding, CT)
