Wyoming Area Warriors (Exeter, PA) supporters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Hanover Area Hawkeyes (Hanover Township, PA), 14-4 in a league game.

With the triumph, Wyoming Area improves its record to 7-4 on the year. The Warriors host Pittston (Pittston, PA) to play the Patriots in a non-league game on Sunday, April 27. The Patriots enter the game with a record of 5-4. Pittston won 12-2 in their recent league game against Wyoming Valley West (Plymouth, PA)

The Hawkeyes now hold a 4-10 record. They play next when they host Holy Redeemer for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 29. Hanover Area will play a Royals squad coming off a 6-3 league win over Berwick (Berwick, PA). The Royals record now stands at 7-3.
