Indiana High School Softball - Covington succumbs to Seeger

May 6, 2025: Covington, IN 47932

In Tuesday's league test, the Seeger Patriots (West Lebanon, IN) softball squad overwhelmed the host Covington Trojans (Covington, IN), by a tally of 18-1.

Next, the Patriots clash with the Salt Fork Storm (Sidell, IL) in a non-league test, on Thursday, May 8. Seeger will attempt to advance on its 6-13 season record. The Storm go into the test with a 19-4 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley (Gibson City, IL).

The Trojans (7-10) will now prepare for their test against Riverton Parke (Montezuma, IN). The Panthers go into the Wabash River test with a 15-2 record. In their last test, Riverton Parke prevailed over North Vermillion (Cayuga, IN), 16-1, in a league test.
