In Monday's non-league test, the host Blue Ridge Barons lacrosse squad scored a good 17-0 victory over the New Covenant Gryphons .

The Barons now have a 12-7 record. They take the field next when they host North Cross for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 11. Blue Ridge will face a Raiders squad coming off a 10-6 non-league win over Virginia Episcopal School (Lynchburg, VA). The Raiders record now stands at 12-3.

In their next game, the Gryphons face the Rockbridge County Wildcats (Lexington, VA) in a non-league test, on Friday, May 13. New Covenant will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 5-5 record after their 11-9 non-league win over Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA).
