Red Mountain Mountain Lions (Mesa, AZ) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Corona del Sol Aztecs (Tempe, AZ), 2-0 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Red Mountain moves its record to 24-5 on the season.

The Aztecs now possess a 23-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to O'Connor for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 13. Corona del Sol will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 9-6 non-league win over Brophy College Prep (Phoenix, AZ). The Eagles record now stands at 21-11.
