In Saturday's league bout, the Westminster School Martlets (Simsbury, CT) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Taft School Big Red (Watertown, CT), by a tally of 13-2.

Next up, the Martlets encounter the Avon Old Farms Beavers (Avon, CT) in a Founders bout, on Wednesday, May 14. Westminster School will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record.

The Big Red (10-7) will now prepare for their bout against Canterbury School (New Milford, CT). The Saints enter the non-league bout with a 13-2 record.
