Kolbe-Cathedral Cougars (Bridgeport, CT) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting New Milford Green Wave (New Milford, CT), 3-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Cougars battle the Newtown Nighthawks (Newtown, CT) in a South-West match, on Monday, May 13. Kolbe-Cathedral will attempt to advance on its 6-10 season record. The Nighthawks come into the match with a 11-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Hand (Madison, CT).

With the loss, New Milford drops to 1-16 on the campaign. The Green wave travel to Bunnell (Stratford, CT) to battle the Bulldogs in a South-West match on Thursday, May 16. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 4-13. Bunnell lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Cheshire (Cheshire, CT)
