The Kolbe-Cathedral Cougars held off the host New Milford Green Wave volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Friday's league test.

The Cougars now have a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cheshire for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 1.

The Green Wave (0-11) will now prepare for their test against Amity Regional (Woodbridge, CT). The Spartans enter the non-league test with a 5-8 record. In their last test, Amity Regional was nudged by Newtown (Newtown, CT), 3-2, in a non-league test.
