The Forest Park Rangers softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Pike Central Chargers to 6 in the Rangers league win on Thursday.

The Rangers now sport a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wood Memorial for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 17. Forest Park will confront a Trojans team coming off a 11-6 non-league loss to Perry Central (Leopold, IN). The Trojans record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, Pike Central moves to 1-12 on the season. The Chargers travel to Gibson Southern (Fort Branch, IN) to confront the Titans in a Pocket battle on Saturday, May 17. The Titans come into the battle with a record of 16-8. Gibson Southern won 4-3 in their recent league battle against Tell City (Tell City, IN)
