Boone Grove Wolves (Valparaiso, IN) backers left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host South Central Satellites (Union Mills, IN), 7-6 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Boone Grove upgrades its record to 13-10 on the year. The Wolves travel to Morgan Township (Valparaiso, IN) to play the Cherokees in a non-league game on Saturday, May 17. The Cherokees enter the game with a record of 7-10. Morgan Township lost 16-9 in their recent non-league game against Portage (Portage, IN)

The Satellites now own a 14-5 record. They play next when they travel to Portage for a non-league game on Monday, May 19. South Central will play a Indians squad coming off a 7-3 league loss to La Porte (La Porte, IN). The Indians record now stands at 8-16.
