The Washington Township Senators softball squad (Valparaiso, IN), was routed 7-2 in Monday's league contest with the visiting South Central Satellites (Union Mills, IN)

With the triumph, South Central improves its record to 6-2 on the year. The Satellites host Wheeler (Valparaiso, IN) to face the Bearcats in a non-league contest on Wednesday, April 30. The Bearcats enter the contest with a record of 9-3. Wheeler won 17-2 in their recent league contest against River Forest (Hobart, IN)

The Senators now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Station Edison for a non-league contest on Wednesday, April 30. Washington Township will face a Fighting Eagles squad coming off a 30-6 league win over Calumet New Tech (Gary, IN). The Fighting Eagles record now stands at 1-8.
