The South Central Satellites (Union Mills, IN) softball the visiting Culver Community Cavaliers (Culver, IN), 4-0 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

The Satellites now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hebron for a Porter County outing on Friday, May 9. South Central will encounter a Hawks team coming off a 17-1 non-league loss to Hanover Central (Cedar Lake, IN). The Hawks record now stands at 5-7.

With the loss, Culver Community moves to 9-8 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Pioneer (Royal Center, IN) to meet the Panthers in a Hoosier North challenge on Thursday, May 8. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 9-7. Pioneer won 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Lewis Cass (Walton, IN)
