The Fairfield Falcons (Goshen, IN) baseball trounced the visiting West Noble Chargers (Ligonier, IN), 6-0 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Falcons now own a 17-6 record. They take the field next when they host Goshen for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 23. Fairfield will clash with a RedHawks team coming off a 4-2 league loss to NorthWood (Nappanee, IN). The RedHawks record now stands at 9-11.

With the defeat, West Noble drops to 8-14 on the year. The Chargers travel to Fremont (Fremont, IN) to clash with the Eagles in a Northeast Corner challenge on Saturday, May 24. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 15-10. Fremont lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against DeKalb (Waterloo, IN)
