May 25, 2024: Poultney, VT 05764 Spectators at Saturday's league match between the Poultney Blue Devils (Poultney, VT) and the visiting Leland & Gray Rebels (Townshend, VT), witnessed Poultney's softball squad tip Leland & Gray by a count of 5-4.
The Blue Devils now sport a 5-7 record. They play next when they host Proctor for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 28.
With the loss, Leland & Gray moves to 5-7 on the season. The Rebels host Windsor (Windsor, VT) to face the Yellowjackets in a SVL C match on Friday, May 31. The Yellowjackets go into the match with a record of 3-6.
