Vermont High School Softball - Poultney can't get by Proctor
May 8, 2024: Proctor, VT 05765 In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Proctor Phantoms (Proctor, VT) softball team held off the visiting Poultney Blue Devils (Poultney, VT), by a margin of 4-3.
With the triumph, Proctor moves its record to 5-1 on the year. The Phantoms travel to West Rutland (West Rutland, VT) to play the Golden Horde in a non-league contest on Friday, May 10. The Golden Horde come into the contest with a record of 7-0. West Rutland won 23-0 in their recent non-league contest against Mill River (North Clarendon, VT)
In their next game, the Blue Devils play the Green Mountain Chieftains (Chester, VT) in a SVL C contest, on Thursday, May 9. Poultney will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record.
