Vermont High School Softball - Proctor bounces White River Valley
April 22, 2024: Proctor, VT 05765 The Proctor Phantoms (Proctor, VT) softball routed the visiting White River Valley Wildcats (Royalton, VT), 18-5 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Phantoms (2-0) will now prepare for their bout against Springfield (Springfield, VT). The Cosmos go into the non-league bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Springfield was routed by Otter Valley (Brandon, VT), 18-6, in a league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Leland & Gray for a SVL C bout on Thursday, April 25. White River Valley will confront a Rebels squad coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Mill River (North Clarendon, VT). The Rebels record now stands at 2-0.
