June 8, 2024: Coon Rapids, IA 50058 The Carroll Tigers baseball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders to 4 in the Tigers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Tigers (3-7) will now prepare for their match against Saydel (Des Moines, IA). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 10-4 record. In their last match, Saydel was overwhelmed by South Hamilton (Jewell, IA), 8-7, in a non-league match.
The Crusaders (9-7) will now prepare for their match against Exira-EHK (Elk Horn, IA). The Spartans go into the Rolling Valley match with a 4-5 record. In their last match, Exira-EHK was overwhelmed by Woodbine (Woodbine, IA), 10-0, in a non-league match.
